Love Is the Answer

No matter what the problem may seem to be, returning to Love brings us to a state of mind where we see the problem differently. In order to see the problem differently, we must practice opening to the power of our Source, the power of Love.

Opening to Love brings us to Christ’s vision. As we accept seeing with Christ’s vision, we are able to see past the stories of separation to the truth that only Love is there.

Herein lies our peace… We see that nothing could really happen to change God’s one Son… We see that we are all still God’s one perfect Son… We see that all we ever need to do is to return to Love… It is very clear that Love is the Answer, and we are grateful that this is so.

Freedom from Illusions

To realize the happiness that is you, you must be restored to Truth. This can happen only through the relinquishment of judgment and the practice of forgiveness. The world you see rests on judgment; through the act of judging, you maintain the world in your mind. Without judgment is your mind available to Truth. Through forgiveness is your mind freed of guilt and sin. A mind emptied of judgment, guilt, and sin has made a place for truth to return; and peace, joy and happiness will then be the constant state of mind in which you live.” (From the Christ Mind, p.190)

Forgiveness makes a place for Truth to return. Forgiveness is the act of letting our mind be emptied of judgment, guilt and sin by the Holy Spirit. Our willingness to let our minds by emptied of judgment, guilt and sin is the same as letting the Holy Spirit shine His Light on all our false ideas. Light shines away darkness. We just need a little willingness to let it be shined away. What was never true disappears in Holy Spirit’s Light. Our willingness to let go of illusions frees us to be aware of what is eternally true about every brother and ourselves.

We Rest in God

No matter what seems to be going on in our busy dream life, the truth remains that we rest in God… The truth remains that we are still as God created us… We are safe, whole and complete… We still reside in the one Mind of Love…

Our true Self is calling to us to be quiet and remember the truth of our true beingness in Heaven. Our true Self is calling to us to remember our innate peace, our innate happiness, our innate oneness in the Mind of God.

Today we are willing to answer the call of our true Self to rest a while in the peace of God’s Love… Today we are willing to rest a while in the truth of our beingness in God… We are grateful that right in our minds is the Answer that returns us to our one Identity in God

Joy Comes with Following God’s Voice

Joy Comes with Following God’s Voice He has put His Voice in our minds to lead us to His perfect happiness. But when we believe that something other than God will bring us happiness — a circumstance, a relationship, behavior, or some thing in the world — we are afraid of the Guidance of Holy Spirit. We are afraid the Holy Spirit will ask us to sacrifice the things we think will make us happy.

Yet if we look honestly at anything we have achieved that we thought would make us happy in the world, we have to admit that at best, it was only temporary happiness. But God’s Voice leads us to eternal happiness. This is what we really want.

To let ourselves be led to God’s perfect happiness, we need to be willing to be shown that we do not know what anything we perceive in the world truly means. We need to be willing to be taught true perception. As we practice offering all our perceptions to Holy Spirit with willingness to receive His interpretation, we will learn to recognize that all things in the world of separation have no value. When we recognize them as valueless, we freely lay them down with no sense of sacrifice.

Today we journey toward perfect happiness by letting Holy Spirit be our Interpreter throughout the day.

Choosing the Peace of Our True Self

The most beneficial thing you can do for the world, for all your brothers, is to choose only Love, only Light, only Truth, at all times. Let this dedication be the source of everything you do. (From the Christ Mind, p. 184)

Peace is an attribute of Love, Light and Truth. The absence of peace is a sure sign that we have chosen against Truth.

Today we dedicate to being attentive to our state of peace. As we recognize any disturbance, we will offer it to the Holy Spirit with willingness to receive His kind and loving correction. This is how we welcome the miracle that dissolves illusions and brings the Light of Heaven into our awareness. This is how we help ourselves and all our brothers awaken from the dream of separation. As we choose peace, we open the gateway for our minds to be healed by our true Self.

We Are Willing to Remember We Are Spirit

Today our practice is to allow in the awareness of the Truth about ourselves as we go through our day. We all are eternal Spirit, and we are now willing to come from that state of mind as we go through the activities of each hour.

We are the one Spirit of Love, limitless and not bound by egoic, chaotic limitations. As Spirit, conflict and suffering are laid aside because they are inconceivable. As we continue to remember we are Spirit, we have no need to write conflict and suffering into our dream script.

In Truth we are Spirit, complete and healed and whole, shining in the reflection of Love’s Light. We let the truth that we are unlimited Spirit fill our minds today. We let our true Self guide all our interactions with the world today. We let ourselves remember that we are pure Love, right now and forever. We let all our doing come from this awareness. We hold this singular focus all through the day.

Accepting God’s Gift of Peace

Our prayer for today:
Holy Spirit, we open to Your peace today… We are willing to accept Your peace and extend it through all our doings today…  Your peace is all we want…  Your peace is all we need…  We follow the lead of Your gift of peace and let it guide our way…  And we are grateful that what we ask for in our heart of hearts we receive… 

Our practice for today is to receive peace and extend peace.
