There is no death, and we renounce it now in every form, for their salvation and our own as well. God made not death. Whatever form it takes must therefore be illusion. This the stand we take today. And it is given us to look past death, and see the life beyond.
Our Father, bless our eyes today. We are Your messengers, and we would look upon the glorious reflection of Your Love which shines in everything. We live and move in You alone. We are not separate from Your eternal life. There is no death, for death is not Your Will. And we abide where You have placed us, in the life we share with You and with all living things, to be like You and part of You forever. The “certainty of death” is the ego’s chief defense against God. Our belief in death denies the Life God has given us by His Will that we remain eternally united with Him. God is Life. His changeless Love He has given us to keep us eternally safe in Him.
Every day the world gives us images that seem to make death real. Yet we have been given the means to awaken from this deadly dream. The Holy Spirit calls us unceasingly to remember that we are changeless Love and nothing else. He offers us the vision that sees past the shadows of death to the Light of Love that we are, along with everyone. Every time we choose the Holy Spirit’s perception instead of the ego’s, we choose Life in place of death. We choose Love and peace over hate and fear.
Today we choose to rest in God by giving priority to Love’s vision instead of the ego’s fear. Let us rest together in Him and bring Love’s messages to the world.
