When I become aware of someone who is determined to hang on to their judgments, it’s not my job to help them get over it. If I think it is, it’s my job to get over thinking I need to fix them. It’s the same error.
Judgment brings with it the thought of harm. Not only does it perceive harm but it also includes the thought that harm in return is an appropriate defense. All this is based on the false idea that the Son of God is a body, vulnerable to harm. So the urge to fix is a sign that I need a perception adjustment — I need mind healing.
The appearance of some other person judging is simply a reflection of my own need to forgive. That is the only meaningful purpose of time in this world. So the helpful response to this perception is to offer it to the Holy Spirit, to ask for His help in letting it go and to be grateful that the Holy Spirit is there to help me. Thank you God. I love you God.

As I go to Spirit this morning I simply get the words, relax, relax, relax. I am being brought into a process of letting go which includes letting go of all tension in the body, including the little muscles around the eyes, the muscles in the jaw, shoulders and hands.
Now the idea of accepting peace is there very gently in the background. I realize I am being invited to accept the pure peace of God that goes beyond the understanding found in the world. There is profound quietness here. I take in the quietness and rest a while. I let everything melt away.
The idea that I, which includes everyone, am in God’s ocean of Love is there in my mind. This ocean of Love holds everyone safe, no matter what they are dreaming. This idea of safety is very strong. It’s a knowing that is not in words. It is just felt. I soak in this feeling of safety and I receive the guidance to carry this feeling with me all through the day. Everyone is immersed in God’s ocean of peace and Love. Everyone is safe, no matter what dreams may come.
