Today is a day to remember that of ourselves, we do not know what anything means. Throughout the day we make decisions about what to do, what to say and where to go based on what we believe our perceptions mean.
Because we do not know how to interpret anything on our own, we must rely on the Holy Spirit to guide us. We set the intention at the beginning of the day to align our minds with Holy Spirit in peace. Through the day we remain mindful of the level of our peace. If we notice any sense of disturbance, we step back and realign our minds in peace with the Holy Spirit.
This practice makes way for us to receive thoughts, impulses and clear perception to guide all our doing. With this practice, Love’s reflection will light our world throughout the day.
