Today is another opportunity to remember what is important. The future is not here yet, so it doesn’t exist and has no meaning. The past is over and so it doesn’t exist and has no meaning. So only the eternal present is important. All meaning is found in the present, for Love is now eternally.
Today my opportunity is to hold my attention on the present and see the Love there. In truth there is nothing else to see. With this practice comes great joy and deep peace. I am willing to have a happy day.
Mary:
Am I willing to remember that I am eternal Spirit today? I have a choice and I will reinforce what I want to believe in. Do I want to reinforce the truth or do I want to reinforce illusions of separation? This choice is before me today.
Today, my practice is to allow awareness of the truth that God’s Son is one and separation could never be real. Love is one and the rest is illusion of separation. Let me be humble today and be willing to accept the truth of oneness.
