The real world holds a counterpart for each unhappy thought reflected in your world; a sure correction for the sights of fear and sounds of battle which your world contains. The real world shows a world seen differently, through quiet eyes and with a mind at peace. Nothing but rest is there. There are no cries of pain and sorrow heard, for nothing there remains outside forgiveness. And the sights are gentle. Only happy sights and sounds can reach the mind that has forgiven itself. When we see the world through the Holy Spirit’s peace, we see the world quite differently. Peace shines a light on our perception and we more easily see the Light of Truth behind the images of this world. We see conflict and aggressiveness as calls for Love.
As we accept Holy Spirit’s peace, inspiration comes with it and we are able to be truly helpful… We easily extend Love instead of judgment… We experience feelings of safety, abundance and joy… We come from our true Nature and are shown the true Nature of every brother… All this comes as we see through the quiet and loving eyes of the Holy Spirit… And for this we give thanks.
