How can a meaningless world exist if God did not create it? He is the Source of all meaning, and everything that is real is in His Mind. It is in my mind too, because He created it with me. Why should I continue to suffer from the effects of my own insane thoughts, when the perfection of creation is my home? Let me remember the power of my decision, and recognize where I really abide. In every moment we have the option to choose to see with the Holy Spirit instead of the ego. The ego cannot see what the Holy Spirit sees. It cannot see truth, wholeness or innocence. But if we so choose, we can see the innocence, the Love that is our brother and our Self. Nothing real exists outside this Self that God created as His one Son. The seeming option is only a choice between what exists and what does not.
Today we dedicate, by our decision, to aligning our minds with the Holy Spirit and joining with His vision. With this decision we will see our innocence reflected in the world. We will recognize that we remain safe at Home in the Love of God. With Holy Spirit’s help, we will overlook the images of the ego world and recognize that we are Spirit at Home in God. We have the power to decide to recognize our eternal safety. It is this we practice today.
