Today our practice is to focus on the eternal Spirit in everyone we meet or even think of. Today our practice is to remember the truth. God’s one Son is still one in God’s Love. Dreams of separation do not mean anything.
We have all the help we need in our practice today. The Holy Spirit is always right there in our mind waiting for an opening to remind us that only Love is there, no matter what the story is in the dream. If it’s not God’s perfect Love, with Holy Spirit’s help we can see beyond it to the changeless Love that is always there.
This practice is worth consistent attention today. We choose to receive the happiness, peace and joy that come with allowing the Holy Spirit to be in charge of our mind. And we give thanks.
