Holy Spirit to Robert:
“I am being carried.” Hold this thought in your mind throughout the day. When a thought of fear arises, repeat this thought to yourself. If you perceive a problem, remember this thought and add, “I open my mind to receive Spirit’s loving inspiration.” Then allow yourself to receive Spirit’s gift of peace. Peace prepares you to receive the inspiration that reflects the Love and joy of God in the world.
“I am being carried.” This thought cannot be over emphasized. It is central to your recognition of your unity with Love. Let this thought comfort you and reassure you of your unbreakable connection with your Source. As you hold your mind open to this thought you will find that perceived problems quickly diminish in their seeming magnitude. You will find inspiration flowing through you through which you learn to be truly helpful in every moment. This is Love’s reflection in the world.
This thought is held in the present moment. It brings with it no thought of the past and no concern for the future. Right now you are being carried. That is all you need to know to experience the peace of God.
Holy Spirit to Mary:
Let go and let God. This is how you know that you are being carried. When you let go of all you think you know, you are giving the Holy Spirit the opening to bring you true perception.
In truth you are in God’s safety net, because you cannot be anywhere else but in the mind of God. As you allow the awareness that you are still in the Mind of God where God created you, you are also recognize that you are still safe even though you may be dreaming of being on a distant shore.
Let go and let God and it will automatically come to you that you are being carried and that every circumstance that presents itself is leading you to an awareness of the Home you have never left. Let us give thanks that only the truth is true and nothing else is true. You can relax now. You are safe. You are innocent. You are loved. You are Home.
