Holy Spirit to Mary:
Relax deeply… let everything fall away… behind all the stories of the world is the one Light, the one Love that is eternally real… Let yourself identify with this limitless Light, this limitless Love…
Be with It… Allow yourself to feel Its peace… Hand over everything that comes up for healing to this peaceful Light… Let It melt away all sense of tension, all sense of worry, all sense of time… Be with It… Take all your illusions to It to be undone…
Know that this is the real you, your true Self. Soak and rest in Its healing Light… Be as a little child and receive Its guidance, Its correction of your perceptions…
Notice if you are holding on to anything and, once you notice it, hand it over to the One Who knows what to do with it…
Welcome the Light of truth, of your beingness as changeless Love, as changeless peace… Give yourself over to Its healing Light… Focus only on this. Listen and receive…
Give thanks… Repeat this often during your day.
Holy Spirit to Robert:
Remember that only Love is real. If you perceive anything but Love, you are perceiving a false image that is not really there. Since nothing but Love is there, the perception of something else must be coming from your mind. It is a reflection of a mistaken belief of what you are. Nothing more. Nothing less. This means that you have the power to change what you perceive. Change the cause, the belief, and your perception will change.
The Holy Spirit is God’s gift to you who believe you are not His Son. This Gift is given you to provide the means to change your belief. Having made the belief and identified with it, you cannot change it on your own. Bring all your perceptions to the Holy Spirit. His gentle correction will help you change the belief behind the perception and the false perceptions will quietly fade away into the nothingness from which they came.
Be vigilant for peace today. Bring any and every disturbance to the Holy Spirit for His gentle correction. Thus will you clear away to full remembrance of What and Where you are.
