Resting In Holy Spirit

Every day can be a day of rest. Rest does not come from sleep. It comes from remembering that no matter what the body’s senses may show us, what appears to be happening in the world, we remain held firmly within the peace of God. God’s peace was given us in our creation. It is there to be accepted in every moment. It is in this acceptance that we find rest. As we let Holy Spirit be our interpreter in all things today, this will be a day of rest.
