We Remain One in God’s Love

I choose the joy of God instead of pain.

²Pain is my own idea. ³It is not a Thought of God, but one I thought apart from Him and from His Will. ⁴His Will is joy, and only joy for His beloved Son. ⁵And that I choose, instead of what I made.

Pain is an indication that we are suffering from an identity crisis. We are believing in a false identity that is separate from our Creator, the Source of joy and peace. This false identity denies the Will of our Father, Who shares His Will with all of His Creation.

The body is an image of separation. Our belief in the body as our identity makes us unaware of our unbreakable unity with the Love of our Father. Today we remind ourselves that we are not a body. We remain one with God in His Love.
