My thoughts keep jumping from one thing to another; I can’t stand being still. Do you have any suggestions?

Sometimes, just listening to a guided meditation, a meditation that will quiet the body, or watching our breath, can help to still us as we learn to practice being still. Writing can help a busy mind focus and allow the answer to come through clearly and completely. Keeping the body busy by walking or doing some mindless task can help.
