And when the last twig has been burned Will your house still be cold,
And when the soot and oil is gone
Will war save country’s gold.
For we have traveled once again,
Or perhaps we have arrived
And there are many dreams to heal
Tho they are so short lived.
For who can know a tranquil life
when seeking truth outside,
And who can know what is revealed
When self is jailed with pride.
Be always on your quest for truth
There may not be much to know,
Stay mindful of your inner path
Where scholars seldom go.
