We Can Hardly Wait to See the Good that Comes from This
The Holy Spirit has guided us to relocate our living quarters and the Pathways of Light office from Florida to Illinois. It has been quite a journey, but we are now safely settled in our new location in Huntley, Illinois.
Rev. Debra Bredican, vice president and treasurer of Pathways of Light, helped us every step of the way. Rev. Deb Fee also helped by keeping in touch electronically with us throughout our four days of travel to help us safely reach our destination. She let us know of upcoming rest stops, found us hotels and redirected us to avoid problems with road construction and traffic jams.
It was comforting to know that we had Deb as our helpful guardian angel to steer us safely though the entire trip.
Our moving van did not arrive until several days later, so we had time to post signs in every room of three floors to direct the movers to put everything where it needed to be.
We met a wonderful new friend, Beryl, who helped us on moving day. We look forward to reading the Course together with her and Debra as we continue our process of awakening to truth together.
It has been an opportunity to choose peace again and again as we went through the step by step process of getting the new WiFi routers working with the printers, computers and phones. The booklet maker and other equipment had to be set up to work again in our new location. We took every “problem” to the Holy Spirit one step at a time. It all was helpful practice in patience, openness to receiving inner inspiration and loving ourselves and others in this day by day process.
From the time we were guided to move to this day, there have been numerous demonstrations of the Holy Spirit’s Hand guiding us along the way. Friends of Deb and Colleen recommended a Realtor (wife and husband team) who became our dear friends. We shared many inspired moments as we join to step back and remember we are being carried.
The sale of the property seemed to have many ups and downs, along with our search for a suitable property in Illinois. But as the process came to a close, the perfect property in Huntley became available. We found a great moving company that packed a lot of our things and delivered our office and household safely to our new location.
This experience strengthened our trust that we are always being carried. We just need to practice stepping back to let Spirit lead the way.
We give thanks for your patience as we continue to get the office fully set up and functional.
