We have been in the dark so long that we don’t always realize we are peering around trying to see in the darkness. When we are not at peace or happy, it is a clue to let Holy Spirit turn on the Light. Holy Spirit waits on welcome. As we relax and let go, there is a natural, easy change of mind. What appeared difficult and hard is transformed into the experience of ease and gentleness. The rough seas are calmed. What appeared to be a mountain is transformed into a mole hill. It naturally feels easier to let the appearance pass by because it is recognized as meaningless. As we learn to apply this to every circumstance where fear comes up, we learn we have a constant Companion That is ready and willing to turn on the Light in every darkened situation. We always have the Help available. It is our job to accept the Help. We do this by stepping back from our thoughts and allowing ourselves to return to a state of peace. Turning on the Light allows Christ’s vision to transform our perception. We are able to see past the form to the truth of our unity in Love.
