Whenever we extend Love, we experience Love’s blessing. The extension of Love does not always show up in the world in an appearance of form. It may be an appreciation as you look upon a family happily playing together. It may be an appreciation of someone sharing their journey through life’s lessons. It may also be picking up something for someone who dropped it. There are myriad ways in which the extension of Love is reflected in the world. What is common to them all is that they are moments in which the past is disregarded and the present moment is accepted as it is. It is a moment in which the loving Essence that is in all things is appreciated. This appreciation inspires helpfulness, kindness, gratitude and joy.
