As we accept the strength of God in us, we are naturally gentle. Knowing our strength, we feel safe; there is no need to defend. Feeling safe, we are naturally peaceful and free of conflict. From this peaceful, gentle place we see past appearances to the Love and peace that is in everyone and is everywhere. Kindness is always a companion to gentleness. The desire of our hearts to extend Love shows us the Love in our brothers. It inspires us to be gentle and patient when we see a call for Love. Because we know there is no need to defend, we easily recognize calls for Love for what they are and naturally respond with Love. Today we focus on holding gentleness in our hearts. Gentleness holds the door open for the free flow of kindness and Love. As we let this flow freely, our hearts overflow with the joy of remembering we are one with our brothers and with the Source of all joy.
