Every moment is an opportunity. The ego sees it as an opportunity to get more or defend what it thinks it has. The Holy Spirit sees it as an opportunity to give Love and receive Its blessing. The ego’s approach guarantees guilt and conflict. The Holy Spirit’s approach guarantees joy and peace. We always choose between these two paths. When we choose the Holy Spirit as our Guide, every moment is used as a stepping stone that leads us closer and closer to the experience of Heaven, where we belong in truth. As we choose to walk with the Holy Spirit, we are led to recognize the seeming barriers to Love as illusions.
