I sat with a loved one outside our local café yesterday. As we watched the sea view, the seagulls, the dogs walking their owners, and the general comings and goings of the café’s patrons, I noticed an unease within me. Nothing was wrong. I was with someone I loved. I was enjoying a beautiful morning.
