Message: Looking out my kitchen window, I see a beautiful blue sky with white puffy clouds slowly passing by. They’re so lovely and gentle, traveling from right to left effortlessly as I stand safe and sound in my comfortable home. In this moment, I’m not confusing myself with the clouds. It is clear that I am in my home, safe and sound where I belong, merely looking out a window, noticing a world outside. I cannot hear the breeze, but I see its effects, blowing leaves and foliage around in undulating movements.
