Our soul is nourished as we become more and more willing to journey inward to the Holy Spirit within our mind. As we do this, the ego mind is quieted. The Holy Spirit can then guide us to our inner Light of God’s peace and happiness. Fear falls away as we are gently brought to the truth of our innate innocence and the fact that we, along with all our brothers, are still as God created us. We feel safe as we let the Holy Spirit nourish our soul by reminding us that God has given everyone in this world all of His eternal Love. In our experience, we have found that our souls are nourished as we read through the titles of the first 50 lessons of the Workbook. (See Workbook pages iii to iv.) Reading each lesson title reminds us, again and again, that we know nothing on our own.
