There was a time in my life that I could not trust anyone. I was so afraid to open up to people. Through the Holy Spirit we can learn to trust in Him and through Him we learn to trust ourselves. Living in fear is one of the greatest ploys the ego has to keep us locked into our need to be in control of the world we create.
