There are two sentences in the Text, Section III, paragraph 16 that feel really meaningful to me this morning. One is that “freedom from illusions lies only in not believing them.” I love this for its simplicity. Yes, it can feel difficult not to believe in what seems so real, but then that is the purpose of the illusion, to feel real.
