Deciding for God

Decide for God, and everything is given you at no cost at all. Decide against Him, and you choose nothing, at the expense of the awareness of everything. (A Course in Miracles, M-13.8:2-3)

We decide for God as we are willing to open up to the Holy Spirit and see everything in this world as the Holy Spirit sees it. The Holy Spirit teaches us to see everything as Love sees. Love sees only Love. Love recognizes that anything else is a call for Love, and extending Love is the only appropriate response.

The Holy Spirit lifts our thinking out of the ego’s projection of guilt, shines a light on all our illusions, and shows us that only Love is real. As we practice seeing with the Holy Spirit, letting His judgment replace our own, we are filled with peace and happiness. There is nothing to fear as we are willing to let our minds be returned to the truth that we remain as Love created us. All these blessings come as we practice, this day and every day, deciding for God
