Finding Changeless Love Within

The changelessness of Heaven is in you, so deep within that nothing in this world but passes by, unnoticed and unseen. The still infinity of endless peace surrounds you gently in its soft embrace, so strong and quiet, tranquil in the might of its Creator, nothing can intrude upon the sacred Son of God within.

Nothing is asked of you but to accept the changeless and eternal that abide in [your brother], for your Identity is there. The peace in you can but be found in him. And every thought of love you offer him but brings you nearer to your wakening to peace eternal and to endless joy. (A Course in Miracles T-29.V.2:3-4;3:3-5)

Everyone in the world is looking for Love. The ego directs us to look in all the wrong places. It cannot be found outside of us. We do not need to go anywhere to find Love. We already have it deep within us in a state of peace that cannot be disturbed. Because Love always joins and shares Itself, we need to learn to see that changeless Love as the truth in our brother. As we accept that Love in him and join with It, we find our own Identity.

We cannot see the Love in him as long as we judge our brother because that judgment comes with seeing him as separate from us. The Love we are is not separate, but one with all Reality. This is why the practice of bringing every grievance, every thought of fear or guilt to the Holy Spirit is how we uncover the changeless Love within.

Today we ask our dear Friend, the Holy Spirit, to help us let go of the interferences so that we may recognize the changeless Love within our brother and ourselves.
