Ho’oponopono

I have recently received the book -“Zero Limits.” It discusses in more detail the use of Ho’oponopono.

I “tried” the method on several past relationships that I wanted to have healed.
In using it for my former husband, I felt a shift in my chest, a release of weight. I notice that when I use the process,
I come into a space of peace. In my short experience of this, I have committed to Spirit to use this method, for everything
is in my world/life at my request. I am responsible for it being ‘here,’ and when I experience it (whatever it is) I have
the opportunity to release it.

I have found Dr. Hew Len’s words very helpful. I recommend this book for another approach to forgiving the false
thoughts that have accumulated in my mind.  Thanks for reading.
