Learning We Are Only Love

Faith and belief and vision are the means by which the goal of holiness is reached. ²Through them the Holy Spirit leads you to the real world, and away from all illusions where your faith was laid. ³This is His direction; the only one He ever sees. ⁴And when you wander, He reminds you there is but one. ⁵His faith and His belief and vision are all for you. ⁶And when you have accepted them completely instead of yours, you will have need of them no longer. ⁷For faith and vision and belief are meaningful only before the state of certainty is reached. ⁸In Heaven they are unknown. ⁹Yet Heaven is reached through them.

⁵You made perception that you might choose among your brothers, and seek for sin with them. ⁶The Holy Spirit sees perception as a means to teach you that the vision of a holy relationship is all you want to see. ⁷Then will you give your faith to holiness, desiring and believing in it because of your desire. The ego is maintained with the attitude that “we believe it when we see it.” The body was made with limited vision so that we cannot “see” the Reality of Love. We can only have faith that Love exists in the ego’s belief system. The body’s limited equipment for perception makes it impossible to experience what real Love is.

The Holy Spirit will help us with His faith, belief and vision to go beyond the ego’s limited perception. He offers us a way to see past the ego’s limitations to awaken to the reality of Love. Thus the Holy Spirit gives a new purpose to the ego’s mechanisms made to protect itself.

With the Holy Spirit’s purpose, we learn through experience that Love is everywhere. With faith, belief and vision, we learn we are Love and nothing else. When that lesson is fully learned, without exception, faith and belief are no longer needed. All we see and know is Love.
