Letting Christ’s Vision Bring Us Peace

Christ asks that He may use my eyes today, and thus redeem the world. ²He asks this gift that He may offer peace of mind to me, and take away all terror and all pain. ³And as they are removed from me, the dreams that seemed to settle on the world are gone. ⁴Redemption must be one. ⁵As I am saved, the world is saved with me. ⁶For all of us must be redeemed together. ⁷Fear appears in many different forms, but love is one.

My Father, Christ has asked a gift of me, and one I give that it be given me. ²Help me to use the eyes of Christ today, and thus allow the Holy Spirit’s Love to bless all things which I may look upon, that His forgiving Love may rest on me. When we let Christ use our eyes, we see only the Reality of Love. Images of separation are past by as meaningless. His vision helps us forgive those false images so that we can look at our brothers as joined with us as the one Self that is God’s Son.

Our willingness to accept Christ’s vision opens our mind to receive His gift of joy and perfect peace. We are only asked for our willingness to give our eyes to Christ. His response is a gift without measure. Today we are grateful to accept Christ’s vision and awaken to our Home in Love.
