Only Love Is Real

…search out your unloving thoughts in whatever form they appear; uneasiness, depression, anger, fear, worry, attack, insecurity and so on. Whatever form they take, they are unloving and therefore fearful. And so it is from them that you need to be saved.

Specific situations, events or personalities you associate with unloving thoughts of any kind are suitable subjects for today’s exercises. It is imperative for your salvation that you see them differently. And it is your blessing on them that will save you and give you vision.

…search your mind for every thought that stands between you and your salvation. Apply [this] to each of them in this way:

My unloving thoughts about ___ are keeping me in hell.

If I feel uneasy or worry about anything, this is what I need to take to the Holy Spirit to see differently. Through the Holy Spirit I will be shown the difference between the real and the unreal, between separation thoughts and the return to Love’s eternal presence. The Holy Spirit reminds me that if it is not Love, it is not real. It is my trying to make separation real that is causing me discomfort.

Another meaning for holiness is wholeness or oneness. Only God’s perfect Love represents God’s holiness or oneness. If I watch my thoughts and notice which ideas are bringing me unhappiness, I am reminded that I have gotten lost in the dream of separation once again. My salvation is in letting the Holy Spirit straighten my mind once again. With willingness, the Holy Spirit shows me the holiness behind every appearance I have deemed unholy, and therefore tied to guilt.

My prayer today with every thought pattern that causes worry, anger or fear is to take it to Holy Spirit for a different way of seeing. The Holy Spirit reminds me once again that only Love is real. The rest are all illusions of separation which are nothing and nowhere. It is only my belief in these ideas that is causing me pain, and I am willing to let them go. Seeing past thoughts of separation to Love’s eternal Oneness is my one goal. This is how I wake up from the dream of separation and remember the whole Sonship is free. The whole Sonship is still one as God created it. Nothing has happened to change God’s one Son.
