Accepting Peace of Mind

Peace of mind is clearly an internal matter. It must begin with your own thoughts, and then extend outward. It is from your peace of mind that a peaceful perception of the world arises.

…whenever you feel your peace of mind is threatened in any way… [Say]:

When we choose peace, we are aligning with our innate beingness in God… We are aligning with our innate beingness as universal Love… This opening to peace shines a light in our mind on every situation we encounter and we are able to see it differently…

As we open to peace, we are opening to the inspiration of the Holy Spirit… With Holy Spirit we are able to see past appearances to the awareness of Love’s presence that is everywhere… What does not matter disappears… And what does matter comes to the forefront of your mind…

As we choose peace in every situation, we are able to laugh at fear thoughts and see their inconsequential nature… Choosing peace lifts the veil of the ego’s chatter and what is truly important comes to mind easily and naturally…

We feel such gratitude for the powerful process of choosing peace in every situation… It is from our peace of mind that our peaceful perception of the world arises.
