Easy Does It

This time of year can easily feel rushed and stressful. Life can appear complicated and chaotic. It is in these times when it is most important to join with the peace of the Holy Spirit within. When we do this, we make way for clear Vision that always simplifies.

With Holy Spirit, the cobwebs are cleared away and we remember what really matters. We remember only Love is real. We remember we are safe, and God’s Will is all we really want. We let ourselves be carried instead of trying to solve all the problems that come up on our own. We remember to see the face of Christ beyond all the stories of the world.

Instead of getting wrapped up in the stress of the moment, we remember to soften and move into the mindset of ease and gentleness. In this place of ease, we are kind to ourselves and others. As we remember easy does it, we are returned to our right mind and we give thanks.
