Accept What Is Already Yours

Holy Spirit to Robert:  All you need do to be perfectly happy all the time is to accept the blessing God has already given you. He knows you are worthy of it because you were created from Him and remain one with Him. If you decide that you are not worthy of His blessing, you will not experience it, though it remains ever present, awaiting your acceptance. Accept it now, holy Son of God. It is yours.

Offer Love’s blessing everywhere and you will see your blessing reflected back to you. There can be no greater joy than this.

Holy Spirit to Mary:  Your job right now is to accept what is already yours. Your willingness to accept the truth is what brings your happiness. Your willingness to accept the truth is what brings you peace and a sense of inner confidence that everything is unfolding in perfect order. Your willingness to accept Who you are and Where you are right now is what brings you the awareness that you need to receive Holy Spirit’s insight and peace. There is no more efforting or trying. You allow yourself to be carried.

Self to Annie: Focus on your ascension into Heaven. For a little while longer it will look like you are ascending because a part of your mind is being uplifted. That is the ascension. Where forgetfulness had taken over, remembrance will prevail. You are remembering Who you are and Where you really belong. How magnificent a journey and magnificent to be traveling all as one.

Simple, Uncomplicated Love

Holy Spirit to Mary:  Today focus on simple, uncomplicated Love. Open your mind to receive the flow of Love that is inherently you. Let It flow through you. Let It give you rest. Let It cleanse your mind of all the complicated and wearying thoughts that bubble up from the split mind. Just remember, “Simple, uncomplicated Love.” That is what I am. That is what I am willing to receive and extend today.

Holy Spirit to Robert: Joy comes with the extension of Love. Being infinite, Love cannot be contained. It is through Its extension that you experience the Love you are. As you go through your day, let your attention on the forms of the world soften and focus on the Love beyond the form. Join with that Love. It is What you are. You join with it by letting it flow through you. Join with the Love that is in everything you see, everyone you meet, everyone you think of. There is nothing else to join with. Only Love.

Self to Annie: Following me is the most natural thing you can do. It’s the call of your Heart that you are following when you follow me. And what is more natural than that? Realize the call is Divine and so is the response, because the Source of all is Divine. Amen.

The Vision of Your Self

Holy Spirit through Robert:  When you allow yourself to see with the vision of your Self, you see with compassion. There is no judgment because Love cannot judge. There is a recognition of unity, for Love is one. Value is given to the Love that is recognized in everyone. Images of bodies, behavior and words are disregarded as having no meaning, no influence, no effect on the reality that is there to be seen.

When you see with your Self’s vision, it may seem as though you are seeing another, but you are only seeing the reflection of your Self. There is only one. See with the vision of your Self today and it will be a happy day indeed.

Self to Annie: Keep your heart and mind open so that you can be seen by all who are really looking. There is no difference between seeing and being seen. Both experiences are the Self becoming conscious of Itself. That is the true love affair that is happening. This love affair is going on all the time all around you. Just open the eyes of the Heart.

Holy Spirit to Mary:  Relax and let go. All the rest will unfold in perfect order. Let yourself see through the eyes of the Holy Spirit in the present moment. This is all you need to be concerned with. Let yourself be carried.

Sharyn:  I am Love, I am Whole. I am Spirit. I am free to be me now.

The Means to Set Yourself Free Is Within You

Holy Spirit to Mary:  You are all coming to the time when you are willing to remember (re-member, or rejoin with) that you have never really left Love’s Oneness. You have never really left Heaven.

Heaven is filled with the awareness of peace and joy and pure, unending happiness. You are becoming willing to rejoin with Heaven. You have never left, but the willingness is growing stronger to remember that you have never left.

You are opening a crack in the door to let the Light of Heaven shine through into your mind. You are beginning to feel Heaven’s peace, Heaven’s blessings. You are learning the important lesson of stepping back from the ego’s insane story of separation. You are willing to question your beliefs and what you think is true.

As this willingness continues to grow, you will see its effects in your story, your dream story. You will feel its effects in the amount of peace you experience naturally. What before seemed hard now becomes easy. You are willing to let all the world’s ideas soften and very gently fade away because you no longer have need of them.

You know that your awakening is an inside job. You know the Light That brings you this awareness is in your mind now. You know that you have within you the means to set yourself free of all anxiety, all tension, all fear.  Your willingness to surrender the whole ego thought system is showing up in your dream of awakening to the truth. You know peace is yours now and that as you accept your peace, you remember everything is unfolding in perfect order.

Robert:  Today I dedicate to being mindful of my state of peace and keeping my heart and mind open to Holy Spirit’s lead.

Accept the Gift Your Self Offers You

Holy Spirit to Robert:  The strength of God is in you. There is no other strength. That is why when you perceive yourself as separate from God, you feel weak and vulnerable. You believe you need to build defenses all around you, but this need not be. The perceived need to defend comes solely from a false idea that you believe is true; that you are separate from your Source.

No matter what you believe, you remain in God, in Love. False beliefs merely hide this fact from your awareness. They do not change the fact. To return to the full awareness of God’s strength in you, you need to let go of all the false ideas you have taught yourself to believe. The forms of these ideas seem to be myriad, but they are all the same.

As you practice taking each instance of recognized fear or guilt to the Holy Spirit for His gentle, kind and loving correction, you will begin to see the commonality of the miracles of healing you experience. Your healing will accelerate and your peace grow deeper as you discover that what once brought fear no longer gets your attention. Where once you saw a need to defend, you only experience the expression of Love.

This is the gift the Self offers you in every moment. Your Self knows you are worthy of it. All you need do is practice opening your mind and heart to Love’s gentle correction. You will know you have accepted it as you see the Love all around you.

Holy Spirit to Mary:  Be gentle on yourself as you go through your lessons in awakening. You make the world real once again and feel the fear that this belief brings again. You eventually hand it over once again to receive the correction in your perception.

Miracles will come as long as you have need of them. You are learning to generalize Love’s lessons. As you continue on your path of forgiveness, or letting go of what never happened, eventually you find that it is really true that there is nothing but Love. You let the veil be lifted and are able to see with Christ’s vision.

Today is a day of practice in choosing once again. You always receive the results of your choice and you always have the Holy Spirit in your mind waiting to shine a light on all the false ideas that you do not yet realize you are holding onto. Let’s celebrate together the opportunity today brings for mind healing. You invite mind healing by choosing peace once again. And with peace comes enlightenment.

Rest in the Unity of Love

Mary:  One of the biggest lessons I am learning is to be willing to remember that only Love is everywhere. It is only the ego mind that makes illusions of separate bodies with differences appear to be real.

My daily practice is to frequently come back to the question, “Whose hand am I holding right now, the ego’s or the Holy Spirit’s?” The Holy Spirit sees the world of separate bodies but does not make it real. It does not take it seriously. The Holy Spirit sees beyond all forms of separation to the one united Love that is always there. So the practice of asking myself frequently, “Whose hand am I holding right now?” helps me return to the truth.

The false ego mind always tries to make separation and differences real. But this does not bring me happiness. True happiness returns to my mind when I am willing to allow the Holy Spirit to lift the veil and show me the truth behind all these false images of separation. Today my practice continues to be to let the veil be lifted. This is where true happiness lies.

Holy Spirit to Robert:  Rest in Love today. In all your doing, rest in Love. Judgment wearies you. Love enlivens you. Every day can be a day of rest when you allow yourself to be the Love you are.

Depend on Love

Mary:  This morning I came across a beautiful message from “The Mirror on Still Water,” by Joel Wright: “The more you depend on the ephemeral, the more you will feel guilty and fearful. The more you depend on only Love, the more you recognize and embrace your own perfect Inheritance with God. This Inheritance is His perfect judgment, for Christ your Self to share with all.”

This is a very helpful reminder in where to place my trust. Love is within my mind and if I am willing to let my mind quiet, I will find Love there. In this holy place I am guided to see things clearly again. What was fearful is gently dissolved in a sea of peace. I remember that everything is all right. I am returned to the now moment. I am reminded that I am only Love and that this is the truth about everyone in the world. Remembering this brings me peace and a quiet inner joy.

Today I can frequently ask myself, “What am I depending on right now?” Love is the only answer that works.

Holy Spirit to Robert:  Open your heart to the Love that surrounds you. It is present in everyone and every thing. Allow yourself to experience it and you will know the joy of being in Love. With an open heart that welcomes Love comes the recognition of your oneness with All That Is. You are at peace, for what is one can have no conflict.
