Learning to Recognize Our Unity in Love

My sight goes forth to look upon Christ’s face.

I ask Your blessing on my sight today. ²It is the means which You have chosen to become the way to show me my mistakes, and look beyond them. ³It is given me to find a new perception through the Guide You gave to me, and through His lessons to surpass perception and return to truth. ⁴I ask for the illusion which transcends all those I made. ⁵Today I choose to see a world forgiven, in which everyone shows me the face of Christ, and teaches me that what I look upon belongs to me; that nothing is, except Your holy Son.

Today our sight is blessed indeed. ²We share one vision, as we look upon the face of Him Whose Self is ours. ³We are one because of Him Who is the Son of God; of Him Who is our own Identity. (A Course in Miracles, W-269. See also ACIM Lesson 269 Insights.)

In the ego’s dream, we perceive everything as separate. Thus the oneness of Love is hidden behind a veil of separation. We have taught ourselves to believe what we see on the veil is our reality. But we are just seeing projections that represent what we believe.

We need to be taught how to look beyond the veil to the truth of Love that unites us with all Creation. Forgiveness offers us a new perception that looks beyond the images on the veil.

With true forgiveness, Christ vision sees beyond the images of bodies to the radiant Light of Love that is the truth in everyone. We recognize our unity in Love. We feel the blessing of the constant giving and receiving of Love which joins us with our Father and all of Creation.
