Let Peace Replace Every Upset

Reality is never frightening. It is impossible that it could upset me. Reality brings only perfect peace. When I am upset, it is always because I have replaced reality with illusions I made up. The illusions are upsetting because I have given them reality, and thus regard reality as an illusion. Nothing in God’s creation is affected in any way by this confusion of mine. Our practice for today is to pay attention to notice times when we become upset and lose our peace. Once we recognize we are not in peace, we can remember we are upset by nothing.

Instead of continuing to be upset, we can stop, take a deep breath and relax… We can open to the Help of our inner Teacher to receive a better way of looking at whatever is bothering us…… We can be open to letting peace in… and cleansing all the thoughts we held before… We can let peace replace every upset…
