Let Go and Let God

Today we practice letting go of all we think we know. Today we practice handing every apprehension, every concern, every form of suffering over to the Holy Spirit… We open to the Light of our inner wholeness, our inner holiness… We stop and listen… We let our thoughts be carried to a greater awareness of what we are and where we are in truth… We let ourselves be reminded that we are still as God created us… We are still God’s pure Love… We are still God’s pure peace… We are still God’s pure happiness… We are one with all that God is…

We relax deeply and breathe in this truth about ourselves… We are all that God treasures… We are Love and loving… We look through the eyes of Love and see that beyond all the stories of separation, the truth is that changeless Love is all there is to see… It sinks in deeper that the Love of God is all there really is to see… Stories of separation could never be real… Nothing could ever really happen to change God’s one Son…

We are returned to the truth as we follow our practice of letting go and letting God. For this we are eternally grateful.
