Observing the Ego Mind with Our True Self

We can realize that we are not the ego thoughts that are in our mind. Even though we have been “thinking” these thoughts for quite some time and have thought these were our real thoughts, we can see these thoughts in a new light. We can recognize ego thoughts and see that they are false ideas.

We have within us a Source of Inner Light That can help us see everything in our world of separation differently. We have within us a Source of Light and Love That can transform the way we see the world. Today it is our practice to open to our true Self and let It guide all our seeing and all our doing.

We ask our Source to shine a Light on every ego thought, every ego fear that resides in our mind. We accept the peace that naturally comes with this practice of seeing the world through our true Self’s eyes. We feel the peace… We feel the safety… We listen and receive the inspiration from our true Self all through the day… We welcome our inner Comforter and the wisdom we receive that is not of this world…

This is what today is for. We receive the lessons as they come, enabling us to see the world differently. We hand over our ego judgments gladly, knowing that handing them over brings us joy beyond measure. We are so grateful that this is our opportunity for today.
