Releasing False Ideas

Holy Spirit to Mary:
Love is One. Love is changeless. Love does not see differences. Because Love is One, Love sees only Love. This is your practice now: To remember your Identity is only Love and as Love, you see only Love.

If you see something else and consider that it is real, step back and put this perception on Love’s Altar, to be cleansed of false ideas. This is how you let the truth be returned to your mind. This is how you heal and are healed. This is how you return to the truth and see that you have never left. This is how you see that Love is One.

Holy Spirit to Robert:
When you believe you are separate, you will feel incomplete, for you have denied your union with your Source. This belief in being separate carries with it a longing for your completion.

The ego will direct you to search in myriad places for this completion, but it will always direct you to where completion cannot be found. In truth you do not need to search for completion, for it is already yours. But you do need to search for the barriers you have built in your mind that block your awareness of your wholeness. You could never be incomplete, but you can believe you are incomplete. And belief makes appearance seem real.

Let our longing for completion motivate you to search for the barriers, the judgments, that interfere with your awareness of What you are. Practice moment by moment bringing everything that disturbs your peace of mind to the Holy Spirit. Release it to Him. Let Him show you the truth beyond what you have perceived.

Of yourself you cannot reason yourself into letting go of a false idea because you are attempting to use a false foundation for reason that can never lead to truth. Let the Holy Spirit replace this faulty foundation with His reason, founded on the truth that only Love is real. All you need do is release the disturbing thought to Him. He will do the rest.
