Returning to Reality

Behind the experience of a world of separation is the Reality of our one true Self. Our true Self is changeless Love where there are no differences. There is no past and future because there is no time. There is only the eternal, changeless Presence of Love, which shares all of Itself equally with All That Is.

We all are in the process of returning to Reality, returning to the awareness that we are all of Love and in Love eternally. In order to return to Reality, we need to let go of or forgive our belief in unreality, of being separate and alone. This letting go of the idea of separation is what time is for now. We do this by taking all our thoughts about what we are and where we are to our true Self to have our thoughts transformed. It is only our true Self that is aware that we are pure Love and nothing else.

Today we practice stepping back from what we think is true and letting our mind be healed of all our false ideas of what we are and where we are. We open our minds to be enlightened by Truth. We let our minds be healed today. We are in great gratitude that we have all the help we need as so as we are willing to step back and receive the help.
