The Happy Practice to Be Free to Love

It is God’s strength in you that is the light in which you see, as it is His Mind with which you think. ²His strength denies your weakness. ³It is your weakness that sees through the body’s eyes, peering about in darkness to behold the likeness of itself;

Strength overlooks these things by seeing past appearances.

³Truth is a savior and can only will for happiness and peace for everyone. ⁴It gives its strength to everyone who asks, in limitless supply. ⁵It sees that lack in anyone would be a lack in all. ⁶And so it gives its light that all may see and benefit as one. ⁷Its strength is shared, that it may bring to all the miracle in which they will unite in purpose and forgiveness and in love.

Weakness, which looks in darkness, cannot see a purpose in forgiveness and in love. ²It sees all others different from itself, and nothing in the world that it would share.

The light of strength is constant, sure as love, forever glad to give itself away, because it cannot give but to itself.

Truth sets us free from the tyranny of the ego’s lies about what we are. The ego is the belief in isolation and limitation. God placed no limits on His Creation. And He kept His Creation eternally one with Himself. This is the truth that saves us from the ego.

We have been so completely duped to believe the ego’s lies that we need help from beyond the ego to be freed. We already have It. We just need to be diligent in our practice to let the Holy Spirit’s true perception replace the misperceptions the ego offers. We need to fire the ego as our interpreter of all appearances in the world.

We hire the Holy Spirit instead by practicing asking Him of everything, “What is this for? How would you have me see this?” He offers only the Truth. As we accept His help, we awaken to the Self that is our true Identity. Today is another day of happy practice on our journey to freedom.
