Let yourself relax… Let go of your grip on your body… Let the tension melt away…
Give time to accepting the peace that is inherently yours as a Child of God…
Give time to letting peace fill your mind… and body…
Let peace melt away all the tension in your scalp… around your ears, forehead and cheeks…
Let the feeling of peace relax your jaw, your neck… Let it move down your shoulders… and arms, down to your hands…
Let this feeling of peace extend to your chest and stomach… Let it move down your back and down your legs…
Your mind is quiet now… You remember your are safe and secure in God’s loving, peaceful Mind…
You know the Spirit of oneness is always there with you, helping you let go and relax deeply…
You receive waves and waves of peace…
It feels like such a relief to let go… and be carried to an even deeper place of rest…
In this place of rest, you receive the Holy Spirit’s inspiration…
