when the going gets rough.

Trust Thy Self
when there is doubt.

Trust Thy Self
when there is fear.

Trust the Love you are,
Trust the Light you are,
Trust the Truth you are.

Go into the inner silence…
Oh, but just for one holy instant!

You need not even close your eyes

You need not even sit erect,

You can be even in a crowd,

But give Him just One moment…

And in this One moment
You will hear His Voice point
the way for you, And in the darkness
there will be Light.
