My name is Erica. I am a mother of three, being a mother is my heart’s delight. My eldest daughter dying at 2 years old, inspired me to become a counselor. I am now in private practice. I draw heavily from the teachings of A Course in Miracles with my clients, as I am an avid student of ACIM. I am passionate about helping people feel good about who they are which often brings clients back to a need for Inner Child healing and releasing of the voice of the Inner Critic. My work focuses on learning to allow yourself to experience the wholeness that you already are, but that may be outside of your awareness due to fearful beliefs of loss, lack and inadequacy. Essentially, I help clients to remember who they are, and to more towards experiencing more peace, love and joy in their lives, guided by their own Wise Inner Being.

Over my years of counseling, I have recognized counseling to be of great benefit to an individual’s healing; however, I have come to realize that cultivating a relationship with one's Higher Self is the most powerful way to become whole. My approach is in helping the individual come to recognise their own personal connection with their Inner Divinity, Inner Wisdom and Inner Guidance. I enjoy both writing and meditating and I regularly incorporate mindfulness processes in my work. 

I believe that all aspects of our lives reflect evidence which support our core beliefs. Therefore, if we want to experience a different reality or outcome, we must begin by changing our minds about who we believe ourselves to be. I love assisting clients to uncover what beliefs may be holding them away from peace and I find working together with processes related to forgiveness to be extremely effective in sessions.

I really enjoy guiding clients through the 8-week programs, especially Healing Inner Child and Spiritual Awakening, as I find them to have been tremendously helpful in my own life.
