Ride the Wave

Holy Spirit to Mary:
Let today be a day of practice of letting go and letting God. As you go through your daily activities, ask yourself, “Is this thought God’s Thought or am I making up something different?” Ask for the thoughts that you think with God today. Ask to return to the awareness of oneness. What you truly want you will receive. If you want separation, that is what you will see. If you want to return to the truth of oneness, that truth will return to your mind.

Let oneness return. Let peace return. Let the veil of separation and specialness fall away. The Light of God is all there is to see. Love’s Song is all there is to hear. There is no journey but to walk with Him. Allow the truth of What you are and Where you are to return to your mind today. This brings happiness that is eternal. This brings peace and joy that is eternal. It can never be lost. It can not die. Accept what is eternally yours today.

Holy Spirit to Sharyn:
Nothing matters. The only thing that matters is your dedication to Me. God is all there is. There is nothing else, even though you think you see everything else. All that matters is what is truly there, which is God’s Love. God does not see separation. He sees only oneness. It is your only job to be like your Father and see everyone and everything as one. Nothing else matters. Putting this thought first and foremost in your mind today is all that matters. Watch the miracles abound as you do this. Nothing else matters.

Holy Spirit to Robert:
God’s Love is like an ocean wave, with one significant difference. Being eternal, this wave of Love never stops, never lessens, never retreats. Ride the wave today. Let it carry you effortlessly to your Home.

I Get to See the Love

Holy Spirit to Mary:
In quietness is every problem quietly resolved. Let your mind be in quietness today. Let your mind live in the peace that is yours. Let your mind rest in the truth of Love’s oneness. Breathe deeply… relax… an rest in God’s Love and know that no matter what you see through the body’s eyes, only Love is there. Celebrate this fact, this truth, all through the day. Let yourself be inspired (in Spirit) today and be thankful that God is here and you are in God.

Sharyn:
Today as i close my eyes, I see myself sitting on the bench with Jesus in front of the garden. He asks me what seeds I would like to plant today. I tell him I would like to plant a row of Love seeds. When he asks me why, I tell Him I’d like to strengthen the Love within me and watch it grow every day as those seeds will grow. I want to see the Love in everyone as I look upon them and my bodies eyes show me something different. Remembering the Love that they are is all I need do. As the seeds of Love grow, I want to feel the Love within me expand and extend to others. I want to feel the Love of God in myself and everyone I see expand into the oneness that is. Only Love is real and as my seeds grow I will grow to understand that statement more and more. There is no sadness, there is no death, there is only Love.

Today Jesus, please let me remember as I go through my day that you go with me wherever I go. Help me to see everyone in the true Love that they are and nothing else, no matter how it appears. With you at my side, I know all things are possible. So today I ask you Jesus, to show me only Love. Amen.

Robert:
Today is a blessed day. I have the privilege and opportunity to see Love everywhere and accept the blessing of the Love I see. I get to see the Love beyond the rain and the sunshine. I get to see the Love beyond the singing bird and the green grass. I get to see the Love in the smiling child and in the crying child. I get to see the Love in the cashier and mail carrier. I get to see the Love in everyone I meet and even think of. Today I get to see Love everywhere and I am blessed.

Let Peace Fill My Mind

Mary:
One of my favorite lessons in A Course in MIracles is Lesson 188, “The peace of God is shining in me now.” Here Jesus reminds us all that we must be willing to recognize the peace within us and, as we recognize the peace that is there in our minds, we just naturally extend it.

Recognizing the peace within myself and everyone is my job today. As I focus on the peace that is in everyone I meet or even think of, I am reminded of the peace that I am. My mind is healed as I recognize and salute the peace in everyone. Such a happy adventure we all have as we fulfill our function of finding the peace within us and within everyone and letting it fill our minds with Light and happiness. This is my opportunity today. I will take this opportunity if I am willing to be happy today. I give thanks.

Robert:
I’m in Love. In truth, I’ve never been out of Love. When I accept the Love I am in and that is in me, Love over flows to everyone I see or think of. The joy in my heart cannot be contained. No appearance or behavior can deter the flow of Love and joy that joins me with all my brothers. Today I will keep my heart and mind open to the Love I am in. It will be a day of blessings.

My Completion in God

Mary:
In our reading A Course in Miracles this morning, this particularly stood out to me: “Fear not to cross to the abode of peace and perfect holiness. Only there is the completion of God and His Son established forever. Seek not for this in the bleak world of illusion, where nothing is certain and where everything fails to satisfy. In the Name of God, be wholly willing to abandon all illusions. In any relationship in which you are wholly willing to accept completion, and only this, there is God completed, and His Son with Him.” (T-16.IV.9:2-6)

This is gently reminding me that as I am willing to accept Holy Spirit’s perfect gift of peace, the veil of separation is lifted and is replaced by the knowing of Love’s oneness.

If ever I feel unsettled, uncertain or fearful, I can choose peace instead. My willingness to accept peace is my willingness to let the veil be lifted. It is my willingness to rise above the battleground of illusions and return to the lawns of Heaven. This is my opportunity today. If I forget, my handrail to return is through accepting Holy Spirit’s gift of peace.

Robert:
When I remember that God is with me in every moment, I rest in His peace. I feel safe and at ease. When I return to the old habit of believing that I am separate from God, I immediately feel vulnerable and out of peace. Today I will continue to practice vigilance to recognize when I am buying into the false image of being separate and step back.

I want to always remember that God goes with me wherever I go. The times when I am unaware of this simply show me my resistance to letting go of an old self image. But the Call of Love is stronger than any false image I believe about what I am. It calls me Home to remember that I never truly left. I am grateful for this Call. I am willing to be vigilant for God and His Kingdom so that I may walk in His peace.

No Effort Is Required

Holy Spirit to Robert:
Let go of efforting. Efforting is a sure sign that you have decided on your own what you need and believe that you know how to find it. But remember when you decide on your own, you are deciding with the ego. And the ego always wants to seek and not find. Thus efforting keeps you locked into an endless circle that appears to have no way out and will never satisfy.

Step back from efforting. You cannot effort and find peace. Peace cannot be found within the thought system that believes you are on your own. It is this belief that must be set aside. Allowing yourself to settle into peace opens the way for you to find what you really want — the peace of God.

Step back and welcome peace. Be willing to be taught what you really need and really want. The Teacher in your mind who knows you as you are and does not believe in the false image you have made of yourself will gently guide you to the full remembrance of your Self.

No effort is required. But vigilance is required because you have a long established habit of belief in an image that is not what you are. You need not try to change the image but you do need to be vigilant for peace so that your inner Teacher can change the image for you. Every moment of every day, every activity, every relationship is an opportunity to learn the truth about your Self. Step back into peace and let yourself be taught.

Holy Spirit to Mary:
Put every image of separation you see on God’s Altar. There you will be shown the eternal Light beyond the image. There you will feel the peace and joy and Love of God. You will be shown that only Love is there.

This is your practice today. Your role is to hand every image of separation to the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit’s role is to show you the truth. Enjoy the truth today.

In Peace You Know What and Where You Are

Holy Spirit to Mary:
Choose peace. Receive peace and you will just naturally extend the peace you are willing to receive.

Choosing peace brings you to the truth. Choosing peace and accepting peace naturally dissolves the ego illusions. It brings your mind into alignment with the truth. That is why the way to solve all problems is to choose peace first.

In peace you are able to see the Light of truth. You don’t take the world so seriously. You let go of your attachment to the things that you see in the world. The veil gets lifted so that you see the common Light that is behind all the images you see in the world. The common Light, the united Light, is all you want to see because you want to know the truth.

You are in Heaven now and so is everyone. God is. Love is. There is nothing else. All this comes to you as you are willing to choose peace first. This is letting go and letting God. This is forgiving the world from all you ever thought it was. This is your willingness to return to Heaven, which you never left. This is your willingness to be aware of Love’s presence, which is all that is real.

It all begins with your willingness to accept the Holy Spirit’s gift of peace. It opens the door to the Light which is your natural inheritance. It opens the door to the awareness of what is real. What is unreal just disappears in Its healing Light.

Your practice today is to put peace first. Relax and let the peace of the Holy Spirit take over.

Holy Spirit to Robert:
Let yourself be carried by the river of peace that is your Source and your strength. In peace you remember What you are. In peace you know your invulnerability. In peace you see Love because you remember you are Love. Flow with the river of peace today. It will carry you gently Home. In peace the dream of images will reflect the truth of What you are. And a happy day it will be indeed!

Let Go of Everything You Think You Know

Robert:
Today we read the beginning of Chapter 30 in the Text of A Course in Miracles. It reminded me that we are all constantly making decisions. We are unaware of most of the decisions we make. But in the rules for decision in chapter 30, we are given a way of thinking and making decisions to practice and make a habit. As the habit becomes strong, it will serve us both when we are consciously aware of making decisions and with the unconscious decisions.

This is why it is so important for me to start each day with a check-in with Spirit. It is a time I give myself to step back from my old habitual way of making decisions and viewing the world. I want to let go of that old habit because it has not brought me true happiness. I still need a daily reminder, a “reality check,” to bring me back toward alignment with what I really want — the peace of God.

I am grateful that I have been given the means to change my mind and to make my decisions with the guidance of my true Self, which will lead to lasting happiness. I am grateful for the infinite patience of my Self, the Holy Spirit, that is always standing by, ready to guide me the instant I am willing to receive. And so I dedicate another day to the practice of letting my Self guide me in every moment.

Holy Spirit to Mary:
Rest in Me… Rest in peace… Let yourself rest… Let your mind rest… Let your mind rest in a place of stillness…

Let go of everything you think you know in the world… Let the Light that you are return to your awareness…

Let in the awareness that this same Light is what everyone is… Only the Light… Let yourself rest in this remembering…

See only Light… And you will see that only Love is there. Here is your rest. Here is the truth. Changeless Love… Changeless Light… Let yourself remember this truth today.
