Allow Time to Rest in God

As we go to a place of inner quiet, we are reminded: Allow time to turn inward and receive the perspective of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is always there in your mind waiting to free you from the limitations and fearful thoughts of the ego thought system. And because you want freedom instead of pain, you willingly give time to the Holy Spirit to be taught a better way.

Your inner Teacher knows the best way to transform your mind. As you willingly give time to rest in Holy Spirit’s perspective, what you thought before disappears. The healing Light of truth shines away the ego’s dark thoughts of fear and guilt. Peace replaces thoughts of conflict. You are brought to a state of mind where you are able to see past the ego’s thoughts of separation to the one Christ Mind that is always there.

As we receive this mind healing message, we see that allowing time to rest in God is our focus for today.
