Accept Love in the Present Moment

Mary:  This morning we were guided to read from the book, “The Mirror on Still Water.” Robert randomly opened to a page that said, “The greatest gift you will ever give to yourself is your trust in the Love Which created you. Nothing can ever really hurt you here except your unwillingness to take the risk that your complete trust would offer. And even that is temporary. The Gift of your real Life is fully recognized the moment you proceed to follow and live in the Light that God gave you.”

The only way that I know how to live in the Light that God gave me is to accept Love in this present moment. This means that I have to let go of the past and the future. This is my lesson today — lab time in the practice of accepting and extending Love this moment. As I do this right now I am moving toward recognizing the gift of my real Life.

Holy Spirit to Robert:  Let Love guide your way today. Let Love guide your seeing and show you all your brothers who are one with you. There are no exceptions. Let Love show you the strength of God in you. Let Love show you the perfect peace that is God’s gift to you. Let Love help you look past all appearances with gentle laughter as you remember that you remain as Love created you.

Receive a Change of Mind

Holy Spirit to Mary:  Let go of control. Don’t try to figure anything out on your own. Open your mind to the Holy Spirit and let yourself be carried.

Let your true Self fill your mind with the peace of God. That is your job — to have the willingness to allow Holy Spirit to do Its healing work in your mind. Your job is to receive a change of mind.

The Holy Spirit is the opposite of the ego. When you truly let the Holy Spirit in, the Holy Spirit’s Light dissolves the ego’s darkness, the belief in separation. Let your mind be washed with the Light of peace right now. Let it relax you deeply. Let go. Surrender to the healing Light. Here you receive Christ vision. In this holy place, you are able to truly see the truth in each brother. Let yourself reside in this healing state of mind today. Let yourself receive peace and extend peace today.

Holy Spirit to Robert:  Every moment is an opportunity to choose peace. Choose peace and be happy. When you choose peace, you open the door to welcome God’s gift to you. God’s Will for you is perfect happiness. Love has already given you everything you need.

When you feel lack of any kind, you have closed your mind against Love’s eternal gift to you. You are perceiving false images that hide the truth only because you believe in them. Offer these images and beliefs to the Holy Spirit, your Self, and open your mind to Its reinterpretation. It will show you the opportunity to Love that heals the perception of separation.

This practice will bridge the seeming gap between you and your Self. It is the way to perfect happiness.

Let Peace Flow Through You

Robert:  I’ve become aware of my mind wandering into old stories of vulnerability that bring up fear in me. This morning I brought that fear and laid it on the table before Holy Spirit. I released the fears to Him and I expressed my willingness to receive His gift of peace. After a little time I became aware that I did feel more peaceful.

In our group sharing this morning, there was much that was shared of experiences we each have had of feeling fear and what happened when we were willing to open our minds to Holy Spirit’s healing. I am deeply grateful for all my brothers, who are one with me. We walk together, returning to our Home in Love. And I give thanks.

Holy Spirit to Dorie:  Walk toward the Light. See nothing else. Immerse yourself. Bask in the Light. Feel Its healing power. Know this: You are the Light. Believe this! You will always be the Light! Go forth and shine on everyone!!!

Self to Annie: Jump up for joy for you are getting closer and closer to your awakening in Heaven. The memory of the beautiful Self that you are is sprouting forth in your consciousness, as you are willing to look deeper. You are the peace of God and nothing can erase that truth. Rejoice that you are remembering as you let go of old hurt and pain. In doing that, you are perfectly safe.

Holy Spirit to Mary:  Let peace flow through you like a river. Let yourself become aware of the river of peace that is flowing everywhere. Stay in the now moment for that is how you become aware of the river of peace that is flowing through you. Let the river of peace carry you to a state of mind where you can remember the truth.

The truth is you and everyone are in Heaven now. The whole Sonship is still as God created it. Nothing has happened to change God’s creation. You are learning to let go and allow yourself to be brought to the truth. Each now moment teaches you that only the truth is true. Only God is real. Be still. Be still and allow. Be willing for the truth to return to your holy mind.

This is your answer now to whatever concerns you may have in each present moment. Take everything to God. Here you learn that only God is your strength and vision is His gift. Be willing to receive the gift now.

What’s up, God?

Robert:  One of Bugs Bunny’s favorite sayings is, “What’s up, Doc?” The only true answer to that question is Love. Love is always up, always present. If we perceive anything else, we are listening to a mistaken voice. Today I’m going to be asking myself, “What’s up, Doc?” and opening my mind and heart to the recognition of the Love that is always there.

Holy Spirit to Dorie:  Be the Love! For Love is all there is. Look within. Look without. It is everywhere. It hasn’t been hiding. You’ve been chasing it away. Look within. See the Love within yourself. Extend it to all, without reservation. Do not watch for results. Just extend. A new step each moment will lead to a life fulfilled.

Self to Annie:  “What’s up God?” God’s answer will always be, “I AM.” If you ask, “What about me, God?” He will answer, “I AM.” “What about this whole world, God?” He will answer, “I AM.” And I ask, “Am I?” And God will answer, “Yes, I AM.”

Holy Spirit to Mary:  Love is One. Love is up because Love is All. Give yourself the time to let that awareness in. Take it in. Soak in Love’s awareness. Rest in Love. Rest in the truth today. Feel its innate happiness. Feel its strength. This strength and happiness is what you are. Let yourself realize that there is nothing else. You can relax now and set yourself free from the thought that there ever could be anything else. The choice is up to you every moment.

Peace Be to You

Holy Spirit to Mary:  Today, sing the song of joy. Let laughter and happiness fill your heart. You still are as God created you. Nothing has changed God’s one Son. Joy and happiness abound in God’s one Mind. Let yourself remember the truth and accept the happiness, peace and joy that God gave you. Rest in the truth today.

Annie: This reminds me of the song, “Peace be to you. Peace be to me. Peace be to all and the world is free.” This is what every heart has always been longing for, the inner peace that we are and that we offer to each other. This is the true healing. This is perfect health—to be peace and to offer peace.

Dorie: Let today be a day of peace and healing.

Robert: Today I choose to take a peace walk. In form it may appear to be like every other day, but as I hold my focus on the peace in my heart, it becomes a day of blessing and of joy.

Step Back, Rise Above and See the Love

Holy Spirit to Mary: In the ego’s world of separate bodies where differences seems so real, it is important to learn to see it differently. You now know that seeing the world differently enables your release from the heavy burden that belief in separation and the guilt that comes with it brings.

You are learning to rise above to see the Love that lies beyond the illusion of separate bodies. This is your practice today. As you practice again and again, stepping back from your thoughts and perceptions and listening for the truth, you will rise above to see the Love.

Here is where you find your peace and happiness. It is here that you are released from the hell of belief in separation. Practice this today. With Holy Spirit’s help, rise above to see the Love in every situation. It is always there with your willingness to find It. Let Holy Spirit be your Guide today to find the Love that is always there.

Robert:  Today is a day for practicing stepping back and letting peace lead the way in every moment. In peace my heart and mind are open to Holy Spirit’s gentle guidance. In peace I follow in the way that is truly helpful. This is my desire.

The Holy Spirit Teaches Me What I Am

Holy Spirit to Robert: Every “person” in the world is simply an outward picturing of the beliefs you hold about yourself. How you perceive them depends upon what historical baggage you overlay upon them. With no baggage whatsoever, you see only Love. There is nothing else to see.

If you do perceive anything else, you are simply seeing reflected back to you the beliefs you hold in your mind that separates you from your Self. This is a gift, for it shows you what needs to be released so that you can return to the full awareness of the Love you are. That is why every brother is your savior. Every brother offers you the reflection of the Love you are or of the false beliefs you need to let go.

Robert: I thank all my brothers for the gifts they offer me in every moment. I thank my Self for the gift of reinterpretation that heals my mistaken ideas and rejoins me with the one Self that is the Son of God.

Mary: To keep me on track with the truth today, I am reminded to ask myself frequently, “What am I and where am I?” My job, then, is to listen in quiet for the answer from Holy spirit. The Holy Spirit knows the perfect way to bring me to the truth. My job today is to allow the time to listen to Holy Spirit with an open mind. With my willingness, the Holy Spirit does the rest. I can tell if I have done my part by the level of peace I feel as I go through my day.

Thank you Holy Spirit. I truly recognize I cannot do this alone.
