Remembering Your Self

Holy Spirit to Robert: Joy is your natural state. If you are not experiencing joy, something has gone wrong. You are believing in something that is not true. The good news is that you have the truth in your mind always. In any moment you can turn to the Truth and receive Its gentle, loving correction.

When you observe that you are not experiencing joy, do not use this as an excuse to punish yourself. You are not wrong, you just have a mistaken belief that needs to be corrected. All you need do is offer the belief to the Truth in your mind and be open to Its correction. You don’t even need to define the mistaken belief. All you need know is that because you are not happy, you have made a mistaken decision that needs correction. When you turn it over to the Truth and open your mind for the Truth to decide on your behalf, happiness will return to your holy mind.

The Self to Annie:  I am the Self that you are. The remembrance of “I” is coming into the dream with great strength because you are making the space for it. Shining My Light on the truth in the mind is the remembering. The Light that shines from the Self is the way the truth and the life.

Holy Spirit to Mary:  You make the space for remembering your true Self by watching your evaluations, your judgments of what you are seeing in the world. Today is a day of practice. Practice watching your evaluations, your judgments of what you think you are seeing. Watch your evaluations of what you think you are and what you think your brother is to you. Watch with detachment. Watch with the Presence of Love, bringing these evaluations into the Light where they are purified of all false thoughts.

Ask yourself often, “Is this thought really true? Does this thought reflect my true nature, my one Self?” You are returning Home, dear ones, and you return to your one Self by making a space, an opening, for your true Identity. You make this space clear by observing the clutter and handing these barriers to Love over to be purified. Let the Light clean up your mind of all the false ideas. This is how to awaken. This is the one true use of time. Have a happy day.

Holy Spirit to Dorie:  Keep it simple. When you say, “I AM,” remember that you are Holy Spirit, that you are Love, and the only thing you can be is Love. When you say, “I WILL,” remember that your will is one with Holy Spirit and you can only succeed. Be careful what you attribute to Holy Spirit.

Rest in the Light

Holy Spirit to Robert: Joy comes to the quiet mind. A mind in conflict is a mind in fear. Fear can only be experienced if you believe the images you perceive are real. The release from fear is very simple. Bring all your images and all your beliefs to Me. I will wash them clean of what is false and return to you the eternal Love that has always been. This is your path to joy. Take it one step at a time and together we will experience the joy that is your birthright.

Holy Spirit to Annie:  Just as a straight line is the shortest distance between two points, Love is the shortest distance between two hearts. As a matter of fact, Love does away with distance. Love is the answer to any question and to every question. So, all the answers are in your heart. Stay in your heart. There is nothing you need to look for outside of your heart. The Self that you are will always speak loudly. Be your Self. There is nothing else to do or to be.

Holy Spirit to Mary:  When a fearful thought comes in, there is only one thing to do. Take a deep breath, relax and let go. Allow quietness to return to your mind by relaxing even deeper. As you let your mind quiet, you are giving your true Self the opportunity to return to your mind. Let the Light in. Let the Light in. Let the Light soothe and comfort your conflicted mind. Rest in this comfort. Let the Light do its healing work. That is its job, not yours. Rest in the Light.

Observe the change of mind that is occurring without your effort. Allow even more by letting go even more. Receive the miracle, the change of mind, the healed perception. Let yourself become aware of your true beingness as only Love. This is letting go and letting God. This is your answer to every problem that seems to be showing up in your dream. Rest in the truth today. It is always there for you as you are willing to receive it.

Choose Peace and Live in Joy

Holy Spirit to Robert:  If you want to live in joy, choose peace. Everything else will follow.

Holy Spirit to Mary:  Today, focus on your willingness to remember your true Self. Focus on your willingness to allow oneness to return to your mind. Focus on your willingness to allow peace to heal every false idea that comes from the false mind. It is your choice. Have a happy day remembering the truth.

Holy Spirit to Annie: I am the Spirit of Love that lives in your heart. You and I are One and the same Being.

Holy Spirit to Sharyn: This message is about peace. Peace comes to the quiet mind and also peace comes by learning to laugh and let go. Being able to laugh at situations that you used to take so seriously allows you to remain at peace. Being able to let go of outcomes or thoughts of “what if, when, how, etc.,” also lets your mind remain at peace.

Letting go of your own thoughts is so very important. Ask Me to give you thoughts on any subject of situation and listen quietly for My answers. They will only bring you peace. My answers are only Truth. With Truth comes peace. Allow the peace to remain in your heart and feel it surrounding you always. Amen.

Choose Peace and Be Blessed

Mary: Today my job is to accept God’s peace. My job is to allow the Holy Spirit to fill me with peace. The Holy Spirit gives this gift freely. My job is to accept it freely. When I am filled with peace, everything else that I need comes with it. With peace comes joy and Love. It spills out and extends as it naturally does because sharing is inherent in Love. Inherent in receiving peace is extending peace. Inherent in receiving Love is extending Love.

This is my primary job today: To be willing to receive the gifts of the Holy Spirit. By receiving these gifts, everything else follows that I truly need.

Holy Spirit to Robert:  Choose peace in every moment. That choice is the choice to awaken. As you accept peace, you open your mind and heart to the Holy Spirit’s loving and healing guidance. Your decisions, made in peace, will be truly helpful and will always bless. Let this day be a blessing by choosing peace in every moment.

Identify with Love

Holy Spirit to Mary:  Allow yourself to remember that you already have everything that is real.

Breathe deeply, relax and take in the awareness that you already have and are everything you really need. Because you are all Love, you have all Love. Love is indivisible. Give time to accepting this truth.

As Love you know only Love and see only Love. Let this truth sink in to every part of your mind. Rest in this truth today and every day.

Holy Spirit to Robert:  The more you practice living your life guided by Love, the more you will experience happiness and peace. Only Love offers these gifts. Love is always truly helpful. Love’s help always releases rather than limits, heals rather than destroys, joins rather than divides.

Love will always guide you to the experience of your oneness with your brother and with all. Love always guides you to the recognition of innocence, for Love does not condemn. Love is all powerful because it is undivided and eternal. When you identify with Love, you identify with your Self.

When you identify with Love, you identify with your Creator. The only meaningful use for time is to open your heart and mind to Love. Here is your healing and the healing of the world. Here is your rebirth.

When you remember the Love you are, it seems as though you are born again, for you are remembering your Self as you were created. The seeming lapse into lovelessness was only a momentary dream that never really happened. Awaken, dear one, to your Self and experience the joy you share with all that Is.

Let the Light In

Holy Spirit to Mary:  As you watch the dream, let the Light in. Focus your mind on allowing the Light of peace to flow through your mind, healing all the thoughts of limitation and lack.

Your job is to let the Light in. It will heal all the insane ideas. It will return you to a state of peace, a state of trust, a state of openness to what is real. In this state of mind you remember that you are safe and everyone is safe, no matter what fear thoughts come up. Open to the Light. Open to peace. Healing follows from this willingness. Focus only on this. Nothing else matters.

Holy Spirit to Robert:  Avoid distracting yourself with futurizing. Not only are thoughts about the future pure fantasy, they are made up from memories and beliefs of the past, which is not here now. This does not serve you and it does not serve the Sonship. It merely keeps your attention focused on what is not real as if it were real. This is self-imprisonment.

You will do much for the healing of your mind with the practice of asking in each moment, “What would you have me do? Where would you have me go, what would you have me say and to whom?” These questions asked without attachment to past beliefs and memories will lead you on a path of freedom and of joy. It places the future in God’s Hands, Whose will for you is perfect happiness. When asked with an open mind, the answer you receive to these questions will always be truly helpful for you and the entire Sonship. This is the practice of forgiveness, for by not bringing the past with you when you ask these questions, you are forgiving.

As you practice this, you may observe that you are holding beliefs and attitudes from the past in your mind. Bring these shadows to the Holy Spirit in your mind. Give them to Him and ask Him to shed His Light upon them. He will help you to recognize that they are merely shadows, easily dissipated by the Light. The Light He shines upon them is the Light of truth. On your own you cannot bring this Light to these shadows, which are the effect of believing you are on your own. But the Light of truth is beyond that thought of being alone. As you open to It, you free yourself to receive the blessing that Love holds out to you eternally. Walk this path today in gratitude and be you blessed.

Let Love Guide Your Way

Holy Spirit to Robert:  A Course in Miracles asks you to ask of everything, “What is this for?” It also tells you that only Love is real. Thus only what serves Love has value. Let Love guide your way in every moment today. This is what gives meaning to every moment. Value lies only in Love, for nothing else is real.

While you believe you are in the world of form, Love will use form for Its expression. But do not confuse the form with the content. Ultimately all form will fade away and only Love will remain, because only Love is eternal.

As you go through the day, hold the thought, “How can I serve Love in this moment?” and you will have a day so joyous that your heart will overflow with gratitude.

Holy Spirit to Mary:  Choose peace and all the rest will follow. Choose peace and happiness will fill your heart.
