A Harmless Changing Dream

Hello Everyone!
I copied sentences that stood out for me, from Lesson 165: “Let not my mind deny the Thought of God.” They are in paragraphs 2,4,7 &8.
“The Thought of God protects you, cares for you, makes soft your resting place and smooth your way, lighting your mind with happiness and love. Eternity and everlasting life shine in your mind because the Thought of God has left you not, and still abides in you.”

“Deny not Heaven. It is yours today, only for the asking. Nor need you perceive how great the gift, how changed your mind will be before it comes to you. Ask to receive, and it is given you. Conviction lies within it. Till you welcome it as yours, uncertainty remains. Yet God is fair. Sureness is not required to receive what only your acceptance can bestow.”

“Your doubts are meaningless, for God is certain. And the Thought of Him is never absent. Sureness must abide within you who are host to Him.  “We count on God, not upon our selves, to give us certainty. And in His Name we practice as His Word directs we do. His sureness lies beyond our every doubt. His Love remains beyond our every fear. The Thought of Him is still beyond all dreams and in our minds, according to His Will.”  (Italics are mine)

I was open to todays lesson—and am grateful for it. The truth needs constant repetition in my mind, as I have misplaced the truth with all my dreaming. And as Jesus says: “this need not be.”

Spirit: The mind that thinks that it is alone, cannot know—- and cannot judge. Remember this, and realize that you are not alone, so you cannot think alone. You remain as the Thought of God created you. If you remembered always that the Thought of God is your life, how joyous would you feel!!     
You would have no doubts, no fears, no expectations. You would accept wholly that you are Where God intended you to be; you would recognize Heaven everywhere, everyone as part of yourself.

Think of all the “changes” in the world, or in your life. Changes in “nature”—the weather, the climate, the soil, the water, plants, animals. These changes—that have been programed by the delusional mind—make witness to differences. Justifying differences makes it seem plausible that no other person can be like you. And if you are like no one else, then how can you be ‘one’ with anything?    Whereas if you let Holy Spirit show you that changes only reflect the unreal, and the unreal cannot change reality, you will no longer be concerned with changes in the outer world or your life. You can walk in the dream and be the bringer of hope, compassion and Light. You can detach from the dream, seeing with Christ’s eyes the Love that shines in everything.

Sara, you are the gift to the world. You are God’s gift to Himself. Love only can extend love. Love is unfathomable to the mind that has chosen to forget. When you choose again and listen to the Voice for Love, then you have chosen to remember what is forever true. When you choose to have a happy day, then you have chosen for Love, chosen for God. When you deny the voice of the ego system, you are choosing truth, reality or Heaven. 

Learn to deny that shrieking voice in anything it offers; remember that is is false and it cannot know what anything is for. None of it’s world is true, yet you can learn to see the world as harmless.     
See the world as a harmless, changing dream, and bit by bit the ego system will disappear.

Truth Is Simple

Hello Everyone!  This is the message I received today:

You are perfect love. You are perfect love.
The body is not real.
The body’s pains are not real.
These are mistaken thoughts, that reflect the belief that sin is real.  Sin is not real.

The body seems very real and the world in which it “lives” as well. What seems real—- has nothing at all to do with reality. What seems real is but a wish, played out, projected from a mind that is insane (without reason—without H.S.). The illusions that you “see” are not there. You try and try again to find peace, love and joy in the illusions of your making. And beneath all these false ideas, is the belief you are guilty, guilty, guilty. This idea is false too, because you never left your Source—- you could not live or be at all, apart from your true Source.

This world with all it’s seeming differences, is far from reality. In fact, it is the complete opposite. The unreal cannot be made into truth. The thoughts of which you are aware, are not your real thoughts. Real thoughts have no limits and are shared. Unloving thoughts leave not the mind of their maker. It is these thoughts that hurt you and would benefit you only if you give them up. These thoughts you do not want and Holy Spirit knows what to do with them. Accept happiness now by accepting the truth as it is. Truth is simple, complexity is from the ego. While you mistake your Self for a body, the truth will be fearful and not welcome to you. Still, what is fearful you can give wholly to Holy Spirit and He corrects it. He can use what you made from fear and transform it for the release from guilt. All this He does with perfect certainty because His trust is perfect and His knowing comes from Love.

Keeping Blocks?

Greetings Everyone!
Spirit recently gave me these thoughts, showing me what is blocking me from truth.
Spirit: As long as you value what you have made, so will you see the world you believe is real.
As long as you believe that you are separate from Love, so will you perceive a world that is guilty, loveless and fearful (attacking).
When you deny what you are, truth is not welcome in your mind. While you deny the holy Self that you are, you do not know your Father’s gifts to you.

You do not really want a separate body, “living” in a separated world. You do not really want some form of specialness in place of Love. You think the story you have made up is all you have. You think that when you look upon the real world, that you will lose all that you possess now. But possession of illusions is really nothing. To you, illusions are what is real. You believe that you would be made to sacrifice what is important to you.
You need only wish to see things differently to “help” H.S.. Do not think that there is only one (your) way to see. Do not attempt to make your dream real. You will not succeed in making illusions real.
There is only one life and that you share with God. There is no sacrifice, no loss to learn that you have never left your true Home. You need not make “deals” with the “devil” (ego) to have what is yours now in truth.

Desire only to see beyond the fantasy of “your “ world. Desire only to have your mind healed of fear thoughts. Accept only the Guidance of your holy Self in every way. You have no need to fear as you follow the path laid before you. In perfect certainty you can follow as Love directs you, protects you, and supplies your every need. You are not alone and never will be. Being “alone” (separate) is the impossible dream. You have never left Home or Love. Accept not the story you have made; accept not the old familiar way of thinking (which is not thinking). Leave the old behind—it has no purpose. Forgive the thoughts that seemed important. Forgive the thoughts that are false.
Accept that only Love is Real. You have no need to make the separation/error real.

Only One Light

Hello Everyone!
These thoughts were given to me recently….. How thankful I am for Spirit’s presence in my mind, and that sometimes I am willing to listen and receive.
Forgiveness is my only function here. As I forgive my dream I receive the Truth. As I forgive the images they are replaced with Light. By forgiving my dream I recognize my innocence. Eternal innocence is all I see. Amen! 
I choose to wake—not to sleep.

This stood out to me when my partner came on this sentence in ACIM Text pg 41:
“Know God and accept His certainty.” 

I then received from Spirit: Open your mind and be very still. The Light that you “seek”—you all ready have. When you seek to see the light in your brother, you learn that it is within you. There is only one Light just as there in only one Creator. Being like the Creator, this Light has no opposite and no end.

As the Light of the world, you have no need to make illusions real. It is a meaningless task—- a mission doomed to fail. For being the Light, you are as well, God’s Will. Since you are God’s Will, you can only “do” His Will (extend love). If you think you oppose His Will, you are mistaken. There is no other will, only His Will.
Love has never failed you. When you think you have a problem, remember to look with H.S.  As you look with Love, you will remember there is no loss; you are whole, complete, as your Father created you.

As you look with Love at all your circumstances, you will receive the perfect choice, the perfect answer.
We see that you are fearful of not having the means to pay back the loan. When you focus on fear you call fear to you. When you notice fear has joined you, you can ask for healing the thoughts behind the fear. At this moment you experience uncertainty and not being safe. Ask for healing of the thoughts that make these feelings, and give up these thoughts. Fear is not your home.
There is no sin! Accept your worth as the perfect innocence that you are! You are only Love and nothing else. Be still and listen to the truth.                            Me: thank you Holy Spirit!

The Unreal Belief—Ego

Hello Everyone!
Spirit gave me these thoughts, to heal my mind.

Spirit: Yes, the “ego” is resistant to the truth. Still, you are not the ego, it is not what you are.  When you feel doubtful, uncertain, alone, that is the ego belief. When you feel discouraged, detached, apathetic, that is the ego belief. When you feel isolated, hopeless, poor, that is the ego.
Remind yourself consistently that you are not an ego thought. You reside in the Mind that created you. (Thoughts leave not their source.)

Just as an impossible thought was made, so did you forget that it was impossible. You forgot to laugh! From this one thought did all the forms of separation arise.
The sick mind has made illusions and thinks they are true. Illusions are unstable blocks on which the world is made. It is the total opposite of your Reality. Your Reality has never changed—- for Love is eternal; without limit, without end. You have not changed Love with sick thoughts and meaningless ideas. Only Love is real, and you remain as Love created you. Be not afraid of Love, for that is what you are.

My partner then had this insight during our daily lesson: “I want my dreams because they are what “I” made—I think they are all I have. But they are nothing.”
