Little Bits From Spirit

My mind is conflicted because I try to make real thoughts from unreal ones.

T.15.XV. Through guilt you exclude your Father and your brother from yourself. what you exclude from yourself seems fearful, for you endow it with fear and try to cast it out, though it is part of you.        The meaning of love lies in what you have cast outside yourself, and it has no meaning apart from you. It is what you prefer to keep that has no meaning ......

See only Love for that is What you are.

Is Love an illusion? The ego would say yes; not to be trusted, not to be employed. Do I really want to keep the ego’s rules? I am no longer totally insane, there is a desire to know the truth and to accept the reality of Love.

What is my part is simply to give all thoughts that hurt (induce pain, guilt, fear) over to Holy Spirit to handle. That is His only function and He will not fail. In giving up the thoughts of pain, fear and guilt I will receive the truth. Only Love is real. Only Love is here.

Thinking that we are bodies, is the ego’s last defense against the truth.

Most of the time I’m not trusting H.S. —- It seems the not trusting was given more power back in Nov. ’07, when I had return of illness symptoms with body weakness. I then doubted my Spirit and then I thought I had done something wrong.  ~~~ My outlook is mistaken.

Who can limit God’s power?
Can I limit God’s power? How insane to believe that I can be “something” that God created not.         
To judge God’s Son is to limit his Father. Accept every brother as God created him. My brother is only Love and nothing else.    ~~~You are only Love.

My “job” is to remember for my brother that he is wholly innocent and only Love (as Love/God created him) and this has never changed.

A Choice To Judge

When I choose to judge anyone, it is a choice to use the ego thought system. It is the belief that I can get rid of guilt by giving it to a brother, and so my offended perception is justified. As long as I think that guilt can be real, I will project it to others.

Now I choose to see the guilt where it is in my mind, learn that it is only false, and let it be undone by One Who holds truth for me.

WB Lesson 246 ~ Thoughts

Before I read the lesson for today, these thoughts came to mind:

It does not matter what the ego wants. For its desire is to separate, to make itself god and ruler. It would prevent the truth from being remembered so that illusions would dissolve. Illusions by definition are false, so what the ego wants is untruth and therefore meaningless. To the deluded mind then, it does matter what the ego wants and follows its master obediently. To the waking mind, the ego’s goals and desires are recognized as senseless, wearying trials that can have no reality.

When 2 minds join together to seek the truth, the ego system is undone.
The only desire of the Heart is to return to Love, which is to waken from the dream (illusion) of separation.

Next time I am tempted with some trivial gift of the ego, I remember that this (distraction) is not what I really want.

WB 246   To love my Father is to love His Son.
I will accept the way You choose for me to come to You, my Father. For in that will I succeed because it is Your Will. and I would recognize that what You will is what I will as well, and only that. And so I choose to love Your Son. Amen.

WB Lesson 243 ~ Thoughts

Today I will judge nothing that occurs.

Today I recognize the bits of my perception never can give me the understanding of the whole. Today I accept that my perceptions can only be mistakes and have never been nor will ever be valid. And so I am relieved of judgments I cannot make on my own.

I am willing to have my misperceptions undone, to have my thoughts purified. H.S.’s light shines away the fearful ideas, revealing what has always been within.

From everyone whom you accord release from guilt you will inevitably learn your innocence. Your only calling [function, purpose] here is to devote yourself, with active willingness, to the denial of guilt in all its forms. T.14.V. 7&3.

As I see/recognize my brothers innocence I release them from fear, their darkened perceptions. That is my only purpose being here.

One Simple Thing

Nothing is simpler than to take a moment and give the mind over to direction to One Who has only my best interests in heart.

My mind can only serve. As I follow H. Spirit’s direction the mind will communicate only love. As I remember to go within to learn the truth, I offer love and innocence to those that appear in my dreaming. That is my function.
I trust Holy Spirit to give me all He knows for me.
