Rejoice!

These are some thoughts that came to me after a Sunday service.

We are all in Heaven, all sinless. Nothing has happened to change the truth.

Spirit: When you look on a brother and do not see the Love there, you are denying the truth ~~about you both. Choose again, look with Love and the Light of Love will clean all false memories, blessing your world, healing the mind that dreamed it could be separate or not Love.

Be still ……. and listen to the truth. 
Only Love is real. Love cannot be threatened, for all that is not Love does not exist. 
Love cannot leave it’s Source. Love is like it’s Source, changeless, perfect and infinite.   

Accept that you are Love. Rejoice in the truth.

Equally Unreal

Recently a long time friend, called me. She gave me the latest updates in her life, and I listened with patience. I love her still even though it appears our paths have nothing in common any longer. I gave my perception of her ‘story’ to Holy Spirit for insight.

“Dear one, the forms that specialness appear to take, are many but the mistaken idea is the same. The form of specialness that you have made seems different from another’s choice of specialness yet it only cloaks the idea that separation is real, that you could be without God/Love. Is this really what you want to make real?

“Your friend’s choice, gives her life meaning, a purpose for being here. Her world is not more crazy then yours, they are equally insane. Dear one, you have made this dream and this character which simply reflects your belief in unknown attackers, unknown fear. Your choice remains—do you wish to keep fear thoughts or to let them go? Your aspects of the dream are not better or worse than hers. They are equally unreal.”

Apathy

Dear one, being apathetic is not being in peace. It is simply another defense against your true Identity. When you look with Spirit at everything, you see the Love beyond the form. If you are afraid of Love, It will not come to you and you will not see It.

You are correct in that there are no accidents because everything is a choice; it is your wish fulfilled. Do not use this as another justification for guilt. Your wishes are reflected to you in the world you “see.” Seeing a world of differences, opposites, and of good and bad, shows you that your mind is conflicted and confused. While the mind is in conflict you cannot know peace or extend it. That is why you need consistent practice of taking every thought to Spirit for re-interpretation. When you are in confusion, step back, soften, and open to Spirit’s sight or Voice or thought. Step back from the turmoil in your mind, soften your hold on the thoughts, open your inner windows/doors to let Light shine away the dark. Nothing can be hidden from the Light, and you are one with the Thought that created you.

Letting Go

I found these thoughts in my mind today, beginning with a prayer.

Dear Father, help me to let my fantasies go, let me see their nothingness. I would accept Your Love and know that You created me, and that has never changed.                                I would see with the eyes of Love, and think as the Mind of Love. My true desire has nothing to do with dreams but only to waken to truth. Thank You very much. amen.

Then ideas from the Course: I place the future in the Hands of God. God is the strength in which I trust. There is one life and that I live with Him.

And ideas about the “place” I find myself in at this moment: I thought I was a failure and then chose to stop listening to my true Teacher. I turned away because my experience had shifted; I was experiencing events with the ego/fear perception. I felt unworthy and unloved. I wanted the 2nd experience to be like the first one, it seemed my request was being denied. Only because I was listening to the ego/fear and not Holy Spirit. I felt I’d lost my connection with Spirit. (The experience that I refer to is that of the second incident of transverse myelitis.)

All this can be undone by my choice—- to choose for Love and not against It. To choose to listen to H.Spirit and let Him lead me. All my thoughts (perceptions) about my “experience” I can give to Him, and they will be cleansed so that only the truth remains.

Holy Spirit, I am willing to let those thoughts go. I am willing to let go all my past decisions. I am grateful for the eternal love and guidance that You give and share. I listen now and always. Thank You very much. amen.

Imagine

I received these thoughts from Spirit today.

“Imagine being completely forgiven.”
This idea would be good to practice, so that you would come to realize the truth.

You are already forgiven—because in reality you are innocent. What is wholly innocent can have no wrongs. But you can indeed be wrong in what you believe. The ‘world’ is waiting for your acceptance of innocence, of your sinlessness. Imagine yourself as completely sinless, and you will be nearer to the truth. When you accept your sinlessness, you release the world along with your self from what you thought was true.

Your world seems real because of your belief in the separation. The ego proclaims that you are “here” therefore you must be separate from God or Spirit. It uses every thing in the world to “prove” that it is right. Every illusion is made by a mind in sickness, to distract you from asking for and accepting what is the only way Home.

You really want to remember your Father/Creator. You really want only Love. You really want to extend love. You can deny the truth but you can not alter, remove or destroy It. You really want the truth.
